PPG's Certified Commercial Window Fabricator (CCWF) Program is designed to provide architects who specify commercial windows the same service and quality benefits as those who specify insulated glass for site glazing.
CCWFs are organized into three distinct categories: Gold, Silver or Bronze.
Gold CCWF Program members deliver the highest level of product and service satisfaction because they feature PPG glass in all their commercial windows. The added bonus is that all windows are also fabricated with PPG's High Performance Coatings. By using PPG's top-of-the-line glass and coatings in combination, you can be sure your windows are crafted with the highest possible level of durability, weatherability and good looks.
Gold CCWF Program members also control every aspect of the window fabrication process on-site. That process is subject to a rigorous auditing process conducted by PPG engineers.
Silver CCWF Program members also feature PPG glass products in their commercial windows, but may use non-PPG exterior coatings. Nevertheless, they earn PPG's certification by subjecting their window glass and manufacturing processes to the same rigorous standards as our Gold level CCWFs.
Bronze CCWF Program members employ PPG coatings and/or glass in their commercial windows, but all or part of the fabricating process takes place off-site.
