We have a portfolio of leading brands in both the professional and consumer sectors. Managed by our local architectural operations and covering different countries and market segments, these brands offer a range of formulas for diverse technical and aesthetic challenges. For example Sigma Coatings, Seigneurie, Johnstone's, Dekoral, Trilak, Primalex and Prominent are professional market-leading brands in their respective markets.
We enjoy a particularly strong relationship with the professional market. Our network of around 500 specialist trade centres is the largest in Europe, providing a one-stop service for professional painters. Furthermore, we are supported by our network of around 3,000 independent trade distributors. This gives us a unique advantage over the competition and it also provides us with continuous feedback and valuable market insights. We are in the process of rolling out this highly successful trading model across new markets worldwide.
We supply private label paints to Europe's largest DIY chains and retailers, demonstrating the competitiveness of our manufacturing base and our ability to react quickly to new market trends.
Our retail DIY brands are recognised internationally for their quality, colour range and ease of application. These are sold through major retail groups and independent shops and hold significant market share in many countries.
