Conductivity Control Equipment

Conductivity equipment is used to control cleaners, rinses, rust preventatives, final seals, derusters/descalers, some iron phosphates and other water soluble products.

Conductivity is a measure of everything dissolved in the bath solution. It rises as soils or salts build up, so the controller setting must be adjusted periodically to account for this.

“ISC” units use a donut-shaped probe. This probe is very resistant to oils and soils. The donut probe is installed directly into the solution tank.

Remember that you must add a pump or valve to complete sets in order to complete your control equipment. Pumps and valves needed vary according to the specific application. Contact Process Control Technical Support if you need assistance.
