 Steve Little is the Vice President of Research Services, a division of Astorino chartered with applying advances in neuroscience, design processes, and human factors engineering to revolutionize the built environment and enhance the user experience.
Steve brings over 18 years of diverse experience to the architecture arena. He has worked in industries ranging from Aerospace, Healthcare and Financial Services with clients such as Merrill Lynch, Raytheon, Johnson & Johnson, and Dun & Bradstreet. He has led information gathering and design initiatives to improve how users integrate with systems on projects including next-generation submarines, financial planning and transactions services, legal information platforms, and strategic design to improve the design and development of medical products.
Mr. Little has US patent pending on a process for Stakeholder Alignment and has also authored two books. He has Certification as a Professional in Customer Relationship Marketing (P.CRM), and has been a guest lecturer at P.CRM sessions in Toronto. His educational background includes Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
