- Earn Premium Points by purchasing sundry products or other designated specials offered by PPG Auto Glass, LLC.
- Premium Points may be redeemed at any time during the program period.
- Premium Points may be redeemed for name-brand products from our on-line catalog or may be donated to selected charitable organizations.
Program Rules
Amended Program Rules – Effective 8-21-2006
Program Period
August 21, 2006 until August 21, 2007 with automatic renewal until PPG Auto Glass, LLC, terminates with sixty-day (60) notice or amends the program.
Program Structure
Program participants will earn points by purchasing PPG Auto Glass sundry products via PPG Auto Glass e-ordering process. Glass and urethane products other than Rapid Seal are not included in the program.
Two Hundred (200) points are awarded for every $75.00 worth of accumulated sundry products purchased through e-ordering. Points may be redeemed towards rewards from the PPG Auto Glass “Premium Points” on-line catalog. Points may be redeemed immediately or accrued over time, up to 18 months or until PPG Auto Glass, LLC terminates or amends the program with sixty days (60) notice. Points will expire on a rolling monthly basis if not redeemed within 18 months.
Premium Points Redemption
Enrolled participants may redeem points for awards from the on line catalog or call 1-800-621-4112 for assistance. Points may also be presented to special charitable organizations as designated by PPG Auto Glass, LLC in the name of the participant.
Bonus Point Opportunity
Supplier incentive points and additional sundry special incentives may be offered.
Point Tracking and Reporting
A Premium Point reward point account will be established for each individual account participant upon completion of enrollment. Points based on qualified purchases will be deposited into each account on a weekly basis; this includes e-Ordering points and any special supplier or sundry incentive points. All points become active and available for redemption as soon as they are deposited into an account. PPG Auto Glass “ Premium Points” program participants may view their account status via the “Premium Points” web site.
Award Shipping
Awards will be shipped to the address specified by the participant when enrolled, but the participant may edit the shipping address anytime during the program in the web site. Point values for each listed award include shipping and handling. Most awards ship via UPS ground; some may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Merchandise Warranties
Merchandise is warranted only to the extent expressly warranted by the manufacturer of the merchandise. PPG Auto Glass, LLC makes no warranty, expressed or implied to the merchandise awarded as a part of its program. For questions, please refer to the program headquarters telephone at 1-800-621-4112.

Cash
Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Participants may not make up the difference needed for awards with cash.
Out of Stock or Backordered Awards
If an award is out of stock or backordered, the participant will be notified, and asked if he/she desires to wait for the ordered award or cancel the order to order something else.
Point Transference
Points are not transferable to other participants or non-participants.
General Conditions
PPG Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to amend, revise or cancel the Premium Points program at any time with sixty days (60) written notice to program participants.
Upon program termination, all points must be redeemed within 30 days of the termination date. PPG Auto Glass, LLC reserves the rights to deduct, freeze, or add points to any participant at any time if in PPG Auto Glass’s judgment such action is justified.
Any customer who does not purchase glass or sundry products and their account becomes inactive with PPG Auto Glass, LLC for a period of twelve (12) months and has a point balance will forfeit the remaining points if not redeemed within that twelve (12) month period.
PPG Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant if PPG Auto Glass deems such action to be necessary.
