I have 5 locations and I think only 2 could be on eBilling. Is it possible to convert just 2 out of the 5 locations?

Not at this time; the goal of eBilling and the work flow process is to maximize the efficiencies in the invoice presentment and payment process. The system is unable to differentiate between multiple accounts assigned to customers, thus all will need to be setup on eBilling.

Can I use eBilling to see my statement and invoices but not for the payment part of the application?

No. eBilling is an integrated system that performs the whole cycle. Paying by check would still create cash application issues, preparing a tear tab for payment, mailing out a check with its associated costs. eBilling eliminates all these costs to make it more simple and convenient for you to pay.

Once on eBilling, how far back will I see my invoices?

At time of switching to eBilling, only open items on your account at that time will appear on the eBilling site. Closed paid invoices will not appear. For those open invoices that do appear online, line item detail will exist only for invoices having dates from September 20, 2001 forward. Invoices prior to that will not have invoice detail on eBilling, thus you should refer to your hard copy.
