Newly redesigned Aegis® Modular Glass Racks for the professional glass shop. Now Aegis®, heavy-duty 20 and 30 piece upright glass racks can be shipped economically. Due to a design change these racks can now be shipped by UPS. This results in substantial savings in shipping charges while maintaining the strength and durability of the modular racks.
What makes the Aegis® racks unique is their modular design. A shop can purchase a 20-piece rack and later upgrade to a 30-piece rack as business needs grow. Another feature is an additional module that allows a shop to convert a portion, or all of the rack to hold automotive door glasses.
The rack frame features all welded and bolt together construction of heavy gauge steel and all rack pegs are covered in high-density extruded foam for maximum glass protection and safety. These racks are designed to be floor mounted but can be wall mounted with the addition of an optional wall mount kit.

Aegis® Modular Glass Racks Construction & Features:
- Rack is constructed of 2" x 1" x 3/16" Steel Channel.
- Secondary supports are constructed of 2" x 1" x 3/16" Steel Channel.
- Removable masts are 1" steel pipe.
- Masts are covered in high-density extruded foam.
- Extrusion—helps it look better & less susceptible to abrasion than regular foam
- High-density provides impact resistance
- Construction is welded and bolt together main frame with a modular bolt on design that allows the rack to convert from a 20 lite to a 30 lite at a later date.
- This also allows the ability to add a door glass kit that will hold up to 30 pieces of door glass.
- Made in USA
- Can be shipped via UPS in 4 boxes
- Floor standing/can be wall mounted with optional wall mount kit
- Some assembly required
- Few racks on the market can be expanded with a modular design like Aegis® racks. (20 to 30 piece) Nor are they specifically designed to adapt or hold door glass.

Includes two 10-hole modular peg sections, 20 pegs, foam and all necessary hardware to complete conversion.
EQP2023-31 Wall Mount Kit
Includes four mounting plates and hardware for attaching rack to wall. (walls up to 8” thick) Used to mount rack up off the floor. Not required for floor mount but can be used to fasten to the wall for greater stability.
If you have a 30 lite rack and want to add a 10-20 or 30 piece door glass capability to your rack you will need:
EQP2021-31 Door Glass conversion for 30 lite rack
This includes center support section and mounting bolts. You will need to relocate your existing pegs and modular peg section.
If you have a 20 lite rack and want to add a 10-20 or 30 piece door glass capability to your rack you will need:
EQP2022-31 Door Glass conversion for 20 lite rack
This includes center support section and mounting bolts along with 2 modular peg sections and 20 pegs with foam. Added to the existing rack this will give you 10 spots for door glass. If you want more than 10-piece door glass capability you can relocate your existing pegs and modular peg sections to achieve this.
