Marc E. Talbert
President

Marc’s career with PPG commenced in his native Dallas in 1980. A graduate of Amber University, he held assignments in the company's metal fabrication, commercial products and flat glass businesses. In 1994 he joined the automotive replacement glass business as Dallas market manager, and a year later became manager of western region branch distribution in Santa Ana, Calif. With the formation of the PPG Auto Glass joint venture, he became Regional Vice President, West Region in July 2000. In April 2003, he was appointed President.
 

Lee St. John
Vice President, Customer Service and Strategic Initiatives

In 1974 Lee joined Apogee as Harmon AutoGlass sales representative in Orlando, Fla. Following depot, operating and sales management posts, he was Harmon AutoGlass southeast and then east general manager before becoming senior general manager in 1992. The Jacksonville, Fla., native and Georgia Institute of Technology graduate became vice president of Glass Depot distribution in Orlando in 1998. In July 2000, he was appointed Regional Vice President, Southeast Region. This was followed by his appointment as Vice President of Sales in June 2003 and Vice President Customer Service and Distribution in 2004. In his present role, he is responsible for Strategic Planning and Initiatives within the business.
 

Glenn Davis
Director, Glass Alliance Programs

Responsibility for business development for PPG Auto Glass was assigned to Glenn in October 2006. Glenn is charged with leveraging a larger organization to drive growth and the execution of the PPG PROSTARS and LYNX Services Glass Networks as well as focusing on executing growth strategies for PPG Auto Glass through leading our efforts for PPG AG’s dealer service glass program and driving value to our customers through our “More Than Glass” strategy. Glenn’s recent experience as Global Account Manger for OEM glass sales will provide value in leading the growth of our dealer service business. He will continue to be involved with the Insurance and Services team to leverage the PPG service network.
  

David Goldstein
Director, Process Excellence

David joined PPG in 1986 at the Lexington, NC Fiber Glass facility. During his career at PPG, he has worked at the Lake Charles, LA and Louisville, KY, facilities and has held additional financial positions in the Architectural Coatings SBU and Corporate Credit. He was Manager of Internal Audit prior to accepting the role of Chief Financial Officer in August 2003. After serving as the Controller for PPG Auto Glass, David moved to his current role in 2005 as director business process excellence for PPG Auto Glass. David has a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
 

Diana M. Jaden
Manager, Human Resources

Diana started with PPG in 1977 at the East Point, Ga., coatings plant, and held successive human resources assignments in manufacturing and the coatings R&D centers in the Pittsburgh area. Following assignment in the Architectural Coatings group, she joined the PPG Auto Glass team in September 2000. A native of Baltimore, Md., she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A & M University.
 

Thomas P. Moerdyke
Territorial Operations Director, West

A seasoned glass professional, Tom Moerdyke, was born, raised, and still lives in West Michigan. His career in the industry started with Varano Glass in West Michigan in 1976 where he held several positions from glass fabricator to shop manager. Varano was acquired by Apogee Enterprises in 1989 and Tom rose through the management ranks to Glass Depot General Manager. With the joint venture in 2000, Tom took on a Market Manager role in his home region. He moved into his present position in 2004 where his responsibilities cover the vast Western territories.
 

Timothy D. Glover
Territorial Sales Director, West

As Territorial Sales Director, West, Tim directs the activities of our sales team from Washington state to the western parts of Texas to Ohio. Tim's career with PPG began at the Amarillo, Texas branch in 1981. Following several branch management assignments in Texas, Missouri, Minnesota and California, he moved to Seattle as the Market Manager for the Northwest. He was named Territorial Sales Director in 2004 and is responsible for sales in the western half of the US. Tim has a business degree from Wayland Baptist University.

Robert C. Taylor
Territorial Sales Director, East

Robert started in the industry in 1977 starting in installation and moved to retail sales. Later moved to the wholesale business. Became an independent glass shop owners in the early 80’s before returning to Apogee as Manager of their Orlando branch. He progressed through successive levels of responsibility to General Manager, South until the joint venture with PPG Industries in 2000. After managing both sales and operations responsibilities. Robert’s primary area of focus is now on sales and identifying ways to grow our business. Robert resides in Florida.
 

Michael T. Zimmer
Territorial Operations Director, North

Michael has responsibility for all operations activities in the Eastern territories. Michael began his career in 1979 with Sand's Auto Glass, an independent glass distributor with retail outlets for auto glass and contract glazing, in his native Buffalo, New York. In 1989 he joined PPG as an ARG Supervisor in Rochester, and in 1995 took over as Supervisor of PPG's new location in Buffalo. In 1997 he became Market Manager Rochester Market, followed by Market Manager Buffalo Market at the formation of PPG Auto Glass in 2000. In 2003 he took on the role of Director of Operations North Region, which led to his current assignment as Territory Director of Operations East.


Nearly 1,000 employees across the country, all focused on serving the needs of our customers, support the PPG Auto Glass business. From Drivers and Warehousers to Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Managers; their dedication, teamwork, focus on results, and drive for change are essential ingredients in the success of our business. Our people are the cornerstone of our success.
