P/S 870 CORROSION INHIBITIVE SEALANT MIL-PRF-81733
P/S 870 is a corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured sealant maintains elastomeric properties after limited exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. |
PR-1775 NON-CHROMATE CORROSION INHIBITIVE SEALANT MIL-PRF-81733
PR-1775 is a non-chromate, corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 300°F (149°C). This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. |
CA 1000 NON-CHROMATE CORROSION INHIBITIVE JOINTING COMPOUND MIL-PRF-81733
CA 1000 is a non-curing, non-chromate corrosion inhibitive compound. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 24°F (116°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The compound remains permanently mastic after prolonged exposure to aircraft fuels, both jet fuel and aviation gas.
CA 1000 is a one part epoxy capped, Permapol® polysulfide compound. The material is a thixotropic paste suitable for application by brush or spatula. |
