Correspondence materials for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico are constructed with one or several graphic elements, which are illustrated here. You may use the logo in PPG Blue, black or chromatic version. All measurements for North America are shown in inches. Correspondence must show the legal name in the address line, such as PPG Industries, Inc. The communicative name, such as PPG Industries, is used in the signature or logotype. To create your own correspondence materials, follow these steps: Download the PDF file for North America, left, that contains the guide. This PDF file can be viewed on any Macintosh or Windows PC that has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Review the guide carefully before you begin. It shows examples of a complete set of sample correspondence materials and the specifications for properly creating your own. Create or order correspondence materials by any of the following methods: Ordering electronic artwork from E&L Associates, the contract supplier for PPG Industries in North America. Order offset printed correspondence materials from E&L Associates. Having your local printer or designer create your electronic artwork following these specifications.
