Program Description

College Recruiting

We actively recruit at selected universities during both fall and spring semesters. The process starts with your university career center where you will submit your resume to our job posting. From those resumes, we will select those students to interview that best match our job qualifications. Factors like GPA, leadership experience and relevant internship experience are considered during this process. During your campus interview, you will be evaluated based on how you answer our behavioral interview questions.

Full-Time Recruiting

At PPG, we recruit full-time professionals in the following areas:

Engineering	Chemistry
Sales/Marketing	Finance and Accounting
Information Technology	Human Resources

2nd Round Interviews

If you are selected for a second round interview, you will be invited in to either our corporate headquarters or one of our other locations for a half day interview process. In most cases, a hiring decision is made following this interview.

Internship Recruiting

At PPG, we recruit interns in the following areas:

Engineering	Chemistry
Sales/Marketing	Finance & Accounting
Information Technology	Human Resources

We actively recruit at selected universities during the spring semester for interns. Our internship program primarily targets students who are in their junior year of school. The process starts at the career center where you will submit your resume to our job posting. From those resumes, we will select those students to interview that best match our job qualifications. Factors such as GPA, leadership experience and any previous internship experience are considered. During your campus interview, you will be evaluated based on how you answer our behavioral interview questions.

If you are asked to relocate away from home or school for your internship, you will be given a housing stipend to offset any housing costs that you incur. The location will also assist you with finding suitable housing in the area. In addition, all of PPG’s internship opportunities are paid positions.
