After graduating college in 2001, I started my career with PPG in the Information Technology Development Program. After completion of this program, I was a programmer analyst for Chlor-Alkali and Derivatives (CA&D). During this time I developed for the PPG Productivity Edge web application and also provided additional system support for the CA&D plants. In 2003, I accepted a position as a systems analyst at PPG’s Flat Glass plant in Carlisle, PA. At Carlisle, I was responsible for the local hardware, network, and interfacing with the central Flat Glass support group in Harmarville . In 2005, I transferred to my current position in Monroeville as a systems analyst for Silica Products. In this position, I work on IT related projects and provide support for the major systems used by the Silica Products SBU.

Best thing about my Business Unit: Silica has aggressive growth initiatives and is a great business to allow for personal and professional growth and development.
