I started as an HR Associate in 1995 at our Tipton Automotive OEM Glass fabricating facility in PA where I supported all HR objectives. Then I became Coordinator, Employee Services, 1996–1999 in Berea, KY. There I provided Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety support for PPG’s primary Automotive Replacement Glass fabrication facility. In 1999 I became the Personnel Supervisor in Troy, MI. I implemented and maintained of a wide range of human resources programs for a geographically diverse employee population supporting the Automotive Coatings Business Unit Sales and Service organization. Next I was the Supervisor, Human Resources, 2002-2005 at our Cleveland, OH Automotive Coatings manufacturing facility. There I lead the HR services function for the Technical organization and various sales/service field locations. Currently, I am Manager, Human Resources, Troy, MI. I am managing HR policies and programs to maximize the utilization of Human Resources for the Troy Sales/Service and Product Management organizations, and all field Sales/Service representatives.
