Dan graduated from Indiana University business school in 1997. "Knowing I wanted to work for a large global corporation, and being from the Pittsburgh area PPG was a good fit for me." As part of the Financial Leadership Development program, Dan started in Oak Creek, Wisconsin as an Accounting Trainee. "Right away I felt like I was part of the team and did play a role in the success of the Oak Creek Plant."
