Additional Capabilities

Two other value-added services offered by our global network of Application Support Centers are pre-mixing and freezing two-part resin systems and providing specialty resin blending based on customer-designated formulas.

The pre-mixed and frozen process includes thoroughly blending two-component materials, degassing them to removed entrapped air, and then freezing the resin system in a disposable syringe or cartridge. These containers are then packed in dry ice and shipped directly to the customer's facility where they can be stored safely and conveniently in a freeze at -40° CC.

For the custom blending process, PPG offers to manufacture you adhesive products based on your specific formulations and specifications. PPG then packages and provides the custom resin in a disposable package suited for your applicaiton requirements.
