The Human Resources area gives support and services to more than ten working centers, to the various Business Units and other staff functions in Spain and Portugal, as part of the Paneuropean network of the corporation. The departament manages several development tools at the workplace and applies policies with a view of facilitating professional openings both at national and international level.
