PPG Sponsors McGraw-Hill Construction Green Building and Energy Conservation International Conference

HANGZHOU, CHINA: PPG's China Construction Market Team participated in Green Building and Energy Conservation: The Talk, Practice and Performance International Conference September 13-14, 2007 in Hangzhou, China.
More than 200 local and international architects, contractors, engineers, product manufacturers, green building consultants and policy makers were in attendance.
PPG CMT China Manager, Dennis Yu, presented PPG's energy-efficient architectural products, including Solarban® 60 low-e coated glass, Duranar® sustainable metal coatings and low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) decorative coatings from Master's Mark® paint. Attendees were invited to view products first-hand and further discuss the green benefits by stopping by the PPG Ideascapes China booth.
The conference was co-organized by the esteemed Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Energy-Efficient Council and McGraw-Hill Construction. Support for the event was given by the World Green Building Council, the U.S. Green Building Council, the National Association of Home Builders and the Hong Kong Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. |
