Q:  How do I find my PPG ID?

Click Here to find your PPG ID. This page can only be accessed from the PPG Network.   If you are not on the PPG network, you will first need to connect to the network and then from the Productivity Workstation go to the Tools/Resources menu and select PPG ID Lookup.

Q:   I do not have a password (need it assigned for first time or forgot).  What do I need to do?

A:

From the HR Direct login screen, click on "Forgot Password."

Enter your PPG ID and click "Continue."

If you do not have a PPG email address, click on "My Mailing Address on File." Your temporary password will be sent home within two to three business days. If you do have a PPG email address, click on "My Email Address on File," and your temporary password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

Once you receive your temporary password, return to the HR Direct login screen and enter your PPG ID and the password you received.
