PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PPG Transparent Armor windows are a composite of glass and polycarbonate substrates laminated with an interlayer. PPG was the first manufacturer to use polycarbonate to provide lightweight cross-sections that meet defined levels of protection transferred from our aircraft window development technology. PPG’s cross-section designs have been certified to provide a wide range of products tested to TACOM, NIJ, DIN and UL requirements.
